Professional Background: Dr. Robbins is a consultant and researcher with an international reputation for innovative work in the field of assessment. He is an expert on quality assurance and control for examinations and assessment with a wide knowledge of accreditation systems for qualifications and awards. Jonathan is currently working on projects for clients in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Malaysia, and Singapore. He is Director of The Talent Centre Ltd ( www.talent-centre.com ) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Graded Qualifications Alliance, Talent Centre International Pte Ltd (Singapore) and Afferme Systems Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors. Jonathan is a member of the Institute of Directors; the British Educational Research Association; and the International Association for Educational Assessment. I was awarded my PhD from Exeter University, England, for research into sources of unreliability in the assessment of performance in 2004.
